These terms apply to this website, which is operated by Unreal Media, an ACV Venture, from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is

This is a portfolio and enquiry site for a production house. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Any engagement between us starts only when both sides sign a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, usage rights and delivery.

2. Our content

All films, stills, copy, layouts, logos and code on this site belong to Unreal Media or to the clients who commissioned the work, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to the pages. You may not copy, republish, resell, re-edit or use our work in your own marketing without written permission.

Some illustrative imagery on the services page is licensed stock, used under the licence granted by its source. That imagery is not our work and is not represented as such.

3. What you send us

When you submit an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send us confidential material, scripts or footage through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, ask us first and we will set up a proper channel and, where you want one, sign a non disclosure agreement.

You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to read it and use it only to respond to your enquiry.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the site.
• Do not use the enquiry form to send spam or automated traffic.
• Do not scrape the site or reuse its content in bulk.
• Do not impersonate Unreal Media or anyone connected to it.

5. Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that every detail is current. Portfolio work shown here may have been produced under arrangements that differ from what we would offer today.

6. Third party links

Links to Instagram, X or other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Unreal Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
